I just want to share how I quit smoking. I start smoking at early age of 13 years old and I quit at the age of 25 years old. It was so happen when me and my cousin challenge each other who will be quit in smoking in the coming year. That time was a day before new year eve.. In the day one of new year, I had a hang over and my urge to smoke was not like before.. until evening I did not take even a single stick of cigarette. Fortunately we had a lot of visitor in our house so my mind was focus to entertain our guest. I believe that "to quit in smoking habit" we need to condition our mind. Think over and over again the deepest reason why we need to stop smoking.

Fruits Before Each Meal
I usually eat fruit, any kind before each meal. It feels me great. Sometimes it hard for us to eat fruit before meal. But if you really want to do this, you can do it. Just like me, I always bring small piece of banana in my bag. Before taking my break time, I eat this (banana) thirty minutes before my meal.
